Zumba Gold (3 week trial)

$10 casual. Pay at office, card only.
ZUMBA Gold is a fun group fitness program based on dance, but at a lower intensity. Can be done from a seated position. This is a 3 week trial class.
About the Instructor:
Michelle has 17 years' experience as a Fitness Instructor and 12 years as a Zumba Instructor.
She is all about making exercise FUN, not a chore!!
